The Challenge

Enterprises need insight from their own data, but sending that data to third-party cloud AI is often off the table for privacy, compliance and cost reasons. Athens AI set out to run entirely on-premise, across multiple models and data sources with role-based access control, which meant building an interface that made a genuinely complex system approachable to the teams meant to use it every day.

What I Did

  • Led end-to-end UI/UX design and prototyping for the Athens AI platform, translating product requirements into production-ready interfaces
  • Developed responsive, high-performance React components using Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap, with a focus on scalability and usability
  • Drove Argus AI Secure and Sonic AI from initial prototypes through production delivery, collaborating across product and engineering workflows

The Challenge

Getting safe, affordable milk to marginalized communities in Kenya runs on thin margins and perishable stock, so there is no room for waste or guesswork. Sustaining sales of over 100 litres a day meant knowing what had been sold and what remained, at every shop and dispenser, as it happened.

What I Did

  • Owned the development of the Flutter agent and Next.js consumer applications, delivering end-to-end sales workflows across agents and consumers
  • Architected and implemented Odoo backend modules for inventory, sales, and distribution management across agents and dispensers
  • Integrated both applications with Odoo via RESTful APIs, establishing a unified source of truth for real-time inventory and sales reconciliation

The Challenge

HR and payroll at RhoKIT ran on manual process, with records kept by hand and payroll calculated in spreadsheets against tax rules that change. The goal was to automate both: move HR administration and payroll into one system that staff would actually use day to day.

What I Did

  • Led the end-to-end redevelopment of the RhoPAY frontend in ReactJS, driving the redesign from product ideation through implementation
  • Engineered automated payroll processing with statutory deductions aligned to current tax regulations, eliminating manual calculations
  • Digitized employee records within the platform, eliminating duplicate data entry and reducing errors across HR workflows

Three Modern Systems K Ltd

The Challenge

Property managers were tracking tenants, maintenance requests and rent across disconnected spreadsheets, which produced errors and missed collections. The goal was to centralise these operations through a tenant portal and admin dashboard, requiring a frontend capable of supporting the new workflows and integrating with the underlying services.

What I Did

  • Led the frontend redevelopment of the ThreeP Property Management System in AngularJS, integrating with Java and Spring Boot services
  • Designed and implemented RESTful API integrations to connect frontend workflows with backend services and centralize property management operations
  • Drove the interface redesign across tenant and admin experiences, streamlining key workflows for property management and operations

The Challenge

Scaling agricultural operations to reach millions of smallholder farmers requires internal systems with strong controls around inventory and sales. Accurate stock records, traceable consignments, and controlled sales adjustments are essential to maintaining reliable processes across a growing distribution network.

What I Did

  • Strengthened sales controls by restricting deletion, repricing, and tax edits on completed shop sales to inventory admins
  • Implemented lot-level recertification and batch tracking, enabling end-to-end traceability from consignment receipt through sale
  • Implemented auditable stock-count controls, freezing validated quantities and requiring documented reasons for all adjustments
